I love this back brace! I’m plus size (2x-3x), and Apple shape. So typically back braces are not made for my body type. However, this back brace fits true to its measurements and supports my back so well. I have chronic back problems and had a c section last year. So my back was constantly going out and I was in and out of the ER. But now I just wear this brace when I’m doing house work or caring for my toddler and it has helped so much! The Velcro is really strong, and I love that it has two extra straps around the outside to tighten it even more. Highly recommend.

Oh My God, this universal sex Brace tightened up my lower back like a wooden board. I am stiff as a board in my lower back area and it feels amazing. It feels like a 2x6 wooden board had been used as a splint. Provides relief and feels amazing. I have a plus size frame, without any shame in my game. Thin my be in, but fat is where it is at. Anyway, I ordered mine with hopes it would be large enough to fit. It does, with way too much belt left over, once fastened. I could have gotten a 2x in this Brace Brand, and it would have been absolutely perfect, for me, personally. A benefit though it that the 3x provides and allows options on how loose you want it to be, dependent upon your back discomfort on various days. So this product is fine without returning it. Nevertheless, the 2x would have been an even more perfect size, because the fastening straps could have been tightened even further before losing the velcro fasteners that secure the belt in position. The 3x velco fastener straps, for me, minimize tightening of the brace because the velcro fasteners become non existent if they are pulled to tightly, before securing it in place with the velcro fasteners. The 3x is a little too big for me personally. I would love to order this again in 2x, but I cannot find one of this Brand in a 2x size. It snaps and locks everything in my lower torso area back together again. Amazing! Humpty Dumpty found something that all the Kings Horses, and that all the Kings Men could not do to put him back together again. I love it. Thank you JESUS.

OK so I love that it fits like it should based on the size i bought. It's rally easy to tighten as i lose weight. It's stiff and supportive where it needs it and flexible everywhere else. I still can't lean forward even when wearing it but it could just be the state of damage to my back not so much the product. Im able to sit with it easily and it really helps my pain. (I have degeneration in my spine and horrific pain as a result) Overall this is a great purchase and I'm happy.

Good if you want a simple, low-impact back brace. However, I needed something with more coverage and support, so I ended up returning it. If you're looking for ample support and a lot of back coverage, look at other products. If not, this is a good buy!

Due to some recent back issues, chiropractor recommended I use a back brace for when I am doing yard work or handyman stuff around the house. I had to go with the larger size and it fits well and is adjustable with Velcro main waist belt, along with another Velcro side strap on each side. Good to be adjustable. Have used it for about 4 months or so for the yard work and other work around the house and even when babysitting the grandsons (2 1/2 and 1 yr), since got to pick up during the day for different reasons. U still have to careful and not overdo it, but the belt does help for me.

Just got it plus 4 x . The directions need to be more specific , The directions do not state what side of the brace touches the body, Is it the side that says TOP or the other side , It was difficult to get on I was not sure if it was on correctly, Also when I sat in my recliner the stays bulged out and was not i am sure I got the right size . I tried standing when I put it on but cannot stand for more than a minute. I tried laying down that also proved difficult . I only gave it one star because I am not sure if I had it on correctly

This belt does its job brilliantly. Loads of support, while maintaining a decent amount of comfort. Don’t overtighten, it’ll make your sides kind of collapse and it’ll fold over and lose its stability. It forces me to walk with a straight back with way less pain, I am truly happy with that! I have spondylosis on high and low lumbar vertebrae and I’m in pain 24/7.

Ich bin von der Brace UP Rückenbandage begeistert.Sie passt super um meinen Bauch,der einen Umfang von 147 cm hat und hat trotzdem noch Reserven für noch größere Bauchumfänge.Die Klettverschlüsse sind groß und stabil und gehen auch bei Belastung nicht auf.Sie hat zwei extra-Bänder mit denen man den Druck auf den Rücken nochmals verstärken kann.Dadurch waren meine Rückenschmerzen innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelindert.Fazit: Absolut Empfehlenswert!
