Developed fan fault after 8 weeks
Worked well for about 8 weeks, charging mobiles, laptops etc. mostly via high power USB C. No complaints until the super-loud fan decided to switch on and stay on, even when the unit is switched off. The device is still usable but it is so loud (and obviously draining power) that it is no longer convenient in most situations. I've reached out to their support to see what they might advise.Update - when the battery drained fully the fan obviously stopped but subsequent recharging has not seen the problem reoccur. I'm putting this down as a one-off glitch for the time being.

Great but Limited
This is really small and easy to carry. It does what it says on the box and at a great price. I got it as it has a high capacity for the price, I can use it to top up (at 60w) my other power station and be able to charge/run some small stuff.Very impressed, just a few limits. It also comes with some cables/adaptors which many don't.Now the Limits:AC power will just cut out at some point over with a 150w and 200w. So don't use with equipment that won't like being switched off abruptly. (I measured this with a plug-in power meter)DC power (12v) will supply 60w but this falls as you start using other things like USBC and AC, just be aware the unit has a limit so don't overload it.

Works but not ups
It ran a pair of 60watt pumps (maxspect gyre) for 5-6 hours during a planned power cut. Compact and easy to use. Lasted a little longer than expected. However it can’t be used as a UPS so can’t be left permanently connected and charging so someone needs to be around to connect it up.

Really handy device - Stopped charging after 6 months of use, support were superb
Edit- After 6 months the battery now stopped charging, which i was very sad about as it was a superb setup. The support team however were excellent, sent me a postage label to return the item and offered a refund. Cannot fault the support and response times and so would use CTECHI again. This is a very handy device and seems to have a decent capacity (although it's hard to really tell as the battery display is vague).I have powered my internet router and a switch for an entire working day whilst electrical work was done and battery still showed 80% when the power came back on. The fan does come on in inverter mode and is quite loud but it rarely switches on so it's not an issue. It's small and compact very simple to use, feels good quality and has powered computers, tablets and my ham radio radio equipment. It can even take a charge from solar, car socket or although 60w panel solar max from all accounts. I haven't a small enough panel to try it sadly.Very happy with my purchase. If it had a better display it would be even better.

Very happy with this
Probably the best of the power banks in this category. It arrived 5 days earlier than expected. Compact, well designed and made. The display is basic compared to others, but does the job. The display has a protective plastic on it which pulling the tab didn't remove, and is very clear, but I got it off. This might explain why someone complained about the display being scratched - it will have been the protective not the display. It powered my M1 iMac for six hours and only got down to two out of five bars. Something to note - bars 5 and 4 disappear quite quickly, but then it gets into its stride and stays on bar 3 for ages. This can give the impression that it doesn't have much capacity, but appears to be a quirk of the display....

Good and bad
I bought the 320wh version just under a year ago. It looked as if it had been used..... scratched screen which had had the protective film removed...so I wrote to the company and they responded very quickly and insisted it was new and unused.I accepted this and carried on using it, but was surprised at how long it took to recharge the last 2 bars (up to 8 hours), and the screen started to exhibit problems. I wrote again to the company, who responded quickly once more and sent a replacement.Excellent customer service to be fair .The replacement unit is fine, although I now realise that the battery capacity indicator is inaccurate..... This may have been the issue with the first one showing a higher charge on the indicator than was actual, hence the apparently long charge time than you would have expected. For me, an accurate battery indicator is important, hence 3 stars.
