UPDATING TO 5 STARSI loved this mouse and was so sad when it stopped working outside of the return date but the company stands by their product and sent me a replacement. I would definitely recommend this mouse to other graphic designers and 3d artists!!

I've bought three of these devices now. Evidently, I don't learn my lesson well enough. The first one just quit working altogether after a few months. Again after a few months, the second one, the scroll wheel stopped functioning. After just 1 week, the third one will not hold a charge so I have to leave it plugged in, making maneuvering difficult. The ergonomic design is really nice but if the mouse won't hold up past a few months of easy use, I'm going to find a better option.

I have been using a traditional mouse for years and always experienced wrist pain and poor blood circulation to my right hand after long hours at the computer. I've been using this mouse for about 2 weeks now and haven't had to recharge it yet. We'll see how much longer it lasts, but 2 weeks is pretty impressive already.The build quality feels solid, and the materials used give it a premium feel. The mouse is also relatively lightweight, which helps reduce fatigue during long sessions.In conclusion, this Optical Vertical Mouse has been a fantastic addition to my work setup. I was excited to get this mouse and it was an awesome fit! Charged it fully and had zero problems UNTIL one day - approximately 2.5 months later it quit. I thought it just needed a charge - so I plugged it in - ALL NIGHT! Unplugged and dead as a doorknob. Nothing I tried worked and it refused to hold a charge. Only works WHILE plugged into a USB port. What’s the use of a “rechargeable” mouse if you cannot use it without being plugged in???!! By that time the return period had lapsed and I’m left with a useless mouse! Soooo - back to my standard mouse which has been going for years! Wishful thinking on my part for this one to be the one. They may work well - this one did not.

Update: 5 days after the return window closed, the mouse stopped working entirely. Don't waste your money.Pro: The ergonomics did bring immediate relief to the wrist pain I’d begun developing with my standard mouse. The item worked exactly as described for 5 days.Con: The item worked exactly as described for ONLY 5 days! It won’t hold a charge. Even after fully charging overnight, it will only work for a maximum of 5 minutes before I have to plug it back in. I’ve even tried giving it lengthy charging windows multiple times via various outlets to rule out any issues on my end. It’s either a poor quality item or a fluke faulty one.Bottom line: Though I’m extremely disappointed & frustrated to have a brand new item work correctly for only 5 days, I’m unwilling to pay more than double for more reliable brands, leaving me with what’s essentially a wired vertical mouse instead of rechargeable.

Very ergonomic, my wrist feels great being in a natural position for 7-9 hours a day. The mouse moves smoothly and is good quality. However it takes forever to charge, sometimes a 12 hour charge lasts me maybe 2 hours max.

*update* after I left my review, the seller contacted me and sent me a new mouse. It has worked like a champ so far. I am so happy, because I really do love this mouse. It’s responsive, intuitive, and it feels great (both ergonomically and tactile), plus the buttons are so quiet and smooth when you click.And I seriously can’t say enough nice things about the customer service experience :)I loved this mouse… it was comfortable and quiet and rechargeable. It lasted for about a month of not even daily use. Now it works for about 15 minutes on a full charge before it just stops. No warning or anything. Just quits working because it has no more juice left.

I don't know about the battery life. I just charged it fully today on the usb port.It is so comfortable for my hand and so quiet. With no clicking noise I never realizedhow noisy it used to be.Very pleased with the purchase. Just plug in the usb connector that sits inthe bottom of the mouse and nothing else to do but Turn It On!! so easyUPDATE: after one month usage I needed to charge the battery. Not a problem except it charged for 16 hours and then I needed to charge it again after 4 hours of use.I am beyond the return cutoff. I will keep this handy as a spare until the new Logitech is rec'd
