Easy and fast to light, burn well and last a fair amount of time
I'm pleased with these for lighting a wood burning stove. They light quicker than some brands and burn well. I will probably buy more of these in bulk from Amazon again. Better value than the supermarket ones.

Not in the same class as Danish BIO OIL satchets which are now expensive and difficult to find
These balls of impregnated wood shavings drop bits in the floor and often need 6 to get a fire going from cold. However useful on early morning embers. Totally useless on smokeless nuts in an open grate.

These light my fire.
Really easy to use, a little goes a long way. I use them in a wood burning stove and with dry wood I can get away with breaking the pieces in half again. For the price and ease of use they just make my life easier.
