I ordered this hip flask as a replacement of a cheap and cheerful, high street budget shop version which has seen better days. Whilst this isn’t quite as cheap as that version, it is a very lightweight budget hip flask.I went for the blue and it’s quite a nice colour. I have removed the rubber lid holder though as it’s irritating and gets in the way when I’m trying to open or close the lid. It’s useful to have two little cups and a funnel but these too are really lightweight.This is a good little hip flask for if you are going away for a day or two and might want a tipple or two whilst you are away but, whilst it is displayed as if you could give it as a gift, it isn’t up to the quality of a gift in my view. When you pick it up it feels incredibly light. Good value for £11.99 though.

Handy for the traveller. Take one's favourite tipple (brandy or whiskey if drink neat/gin or other if mixing).Flask is wipe clean. Two cups for drinking from if sharing.A funnel for filling - a word to the wise. If you rest the funnel on the mouth, you cut off airflow from escaping - this creates blowback. I always hold the funnel slightly up so a seal is not formed, and pour slowly. I'll either find a way of supporting the flask to prevent knocking over or ask someone to hold it steady. Precious, expensive spirits should not be wasted.Clean before using for first time - to prevent any potential "factory" residue from contaminating. Rinse after use and allow to air dry by suspending upside down in a rack.This flask is flat. If you do intend to have as a hip flask, choose a contoured one instead. Otherwise this fits nicely iun a jacket pocket.
