No problems with the jug. However the bottom part with the blades nearly took out my Kenwood Chef mixer. The grooves practically melted onto the Kenwood mixer's blender component whilst in use and I had to carefully tip over the entire machine to decant so I didn't lose my mixture. Took forever to remove the blady bit and it went straight in the bin. Still using the jug though, with the original 'blady bottom' that came with the original jug. Giving this a 3 solely because the jug part. Buy for the jug not the bottom.

Great replacement jug
Bought this to replace my glass jug that had recently cracked. Wasn't sure what it would be like as it is plastic but it is great, much lighter than my glass one so much easier to pour contents out
