GROHE 38422000 WC Concealed Cistern 0.82 m

I have always loved Grohe products, which led to the purchase of this cistern for our new bathroom. Perhaps foolishly, I read the reviews after purchasing, and was a little dismayed to read that one customer had had problems fitting it into a 500mm unit - exactly the size of ours - so I was expecting the same problem. Imagine my surprise, then, that I encountered no such issues: the alterations I made were two small blocks of 2x1 to fasten the side brackets to. For the money, it is great value and is near silent in operation, and fills quickly: well “chuffed “ with purchase.

Great concealed cistern , instructions were a bit vague but managed to work it out.

Our bathroom fitter had no problems installing it (alongside a Grohe back to wall toilet). It is very quiet (at least compared with our old toilet). It's early days but really happy

Perfect and easy to install. worked first time. Very pleased.

Flushy

Its ok! When you order I suggest you order the same make of flush plate and pipes you need. I didn't and these cisterns aren't a universal size. You may save on the cost of the cistern but the other bits are expensive. The cistern only comes with one pipe for the flush so if you buy a dual flush then both will work but it'll be the same flush and not one that uses less water.
