These are replacement guards and they work as promised for my model hearing aids.
The packaging and product seem to be exact replacement for those that came with the hearing aids. I have had no issues in using them.

2 out of 3 disks would not rotate. This new design seems defective or these were damaged.
2 out of 3 disks didn't rotate like the old design. I'm not sure why this order from Amazon didn't workas well as the last ones. The disks seem broken, or maybe they were damaged during shipping. I founda video on you tube that advised to split the disks open with a knife and then rotate them. That did work, but it was not what I expected from the manufacturer and distributor. I'm going to keep them as I need thewax guards. I don't recommend these as most people won't use a knife to open them.

Would not lock to remove old traps
I was unable to extract the old wax traps. They did not lock to extract. Phonak is my brand of hearing aid. I have used these disks before…I do not know what has changed. I will have to go to my audiologist this week for help.
