They work after a workout I take 2 .my strength has increased

I have an expensive protein powder that has 3000mgs of HMB in it. So if you take this product and up the dose you get 30 servings a month for a decent price. It's supposed to help you build muscle but I haven't seen any gains using either product but then again according to Mike Mentzer I've been over training and I'm 57 years-old. My advice is this product is cheap enough to try it and see if it works for you.

undecided on efficacy
On my second bottle of this, and I'm not sure I'll buy a third.I switched to this after my previous HMB supplement was discontinued. I just haven't seen the same gains I was seeing before, so I'm not sure it's worth it.
