its a 100 %  genuine note form Zimbabwe 
it was withdrwn in 2008 so its no more legal tender

**Q: Is this a real note issued by the government or is it a replica?**

I purchased this item after my friend recommended I buy one. I'd actually never HEARD of a fabric shaver before. Well, let me tell you, it took care of those annoying little "pills" on the sides of my stretch workout shorts, and the annoying little gremlins that accumulate on the edges of my satin pillow cases. It's just wonderful. No need to worry about ruining any fabric... only thing is to trim any stray threads before you use it.
