Ravensburger Colin Thompson 2x 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzles for Adults & Kids Age 14 Up [Amazon Exclusive]

I expected to find two decent-sized pictures inside the box, either printed separately or back-to-back. But no, nothing. Instead, most puzzlers will be obliged to squint at the small picture on the lid - or get that lid-picture enlarged on a colour photocopier at the local print-shop. Tiresome. And mean-spirited of Ravensburger.

These are good puzzles and only had one piece in 2 1000 pieces where one of the little lugs was a delaminating. The pictures are entertaining too as its like doing a myriad of little puzzles and it keeps the memory cells firing. You could even combine them to make an interesting 2000er. Ravensburger has been a quality name for a long time (first encountered in Germany in the 1980s) and the shame here that these puzzles are really dusty - far more that usual. See my photos - dust left in the box from one puzzle and other dust wiped off the table after taking one puzzle apart. It even made me sneeze. Dust sticks to your fingers. Some even ended up in my coffee. I had two other 1000 piece puzzles for xmas (ok someones unwanted presents) and these had almost no dust. Time for Ravensburger to pull up their socks I think.

Loved everything about these puzzles.

Excellent, however, 1 star removed as large images of the scenes should be included - especially as the pictures on the cover are necessarily small, the details are so intricate and the Ravensburger label obscures an important feature.

A great jigsaw especially as I bought it when on offer

My wife really enjoys completing jigsaws and finished this one in record time.

Only criticism is rhar unlike a lot of other Ravensburger puzzles there was no larger picture inside the box. Very difficult when you getting older to look at small picture on box lid, especially as there are 2 puzzles in 1 boc
