They made it right
*Revised*I was having app issues causing a force close whenever I tried to access the cameras. I got in touch with the customer service team (specifically Iris) who provided another apk to try and see if that corrected the issue. Unfortunately it didn't, but Iris went above and beyond to make the experience better and provided some of the best customer service I've had on Amazon.If you are having any issues at all, reach out to their CS team. They will really do as much as they can to correct the problem. Iris absolutely recovered me and changed my experience from negative to positive. Thank you for your help!

Me gustan mucho, resolución buena, zoom aceptable, rapidez al abrir la cámara en la app, el único detalle, es que no es inalámbrica, siempre hay que mantenerla conectada y eso complica todo

Doesn't record when you need it to
These cameras are not very good for security in your home. It doesn't record right. It will go from 8:00pm to 8:15pm without filming anything, even if there's human detection on, motion detection on. If someone robbed me, I would be screwed cus it more than likely would not record the incident or it would only record the person walking out the door. The whole purpose of having cameras is so you can keep an eye on what's going on in your home. When you go to the stills of the video, you'll see a person at 9pm,so you click on the view button and the footage doesn't even show 9pm, it jumps to 9:10pm. I have contacted the company, they told me to turn off human detection. It did not help any. And it's not my internet because I have a good strong connection. I have 2 cameras and they both don't record when they should. It's very frustrating.

Great buy
Very easy set up & connection. Sometimes second camera acts up when connecting but it always gets figured out. We use these when we leave for vacay to keep an eye on our cats. Definitely worth it ! Camera quality through phone was way better than I thought.
