It doesn't say, but this comes with a handy measuring tool - very useful.I tried to mix it with cold water, warm water, milk but it didn't mix well and just made a mess on my glass so now I just tip it straight into my mouth and then drink some water after. I equate it to a Horlicks Malties (if you remember what they were) and loved those so actually like the taste.I can't say how good it is on long term effects but keeping fingers crossed it does what it promises.

I’m not sure if it’s doing any good. I use it less than collagen powder because it’s so hard to dissolve no matter how well it’s mixed in. Given it’s nature I’m not surprised. I have taken to adding it to dry oats, mixing together dry and then adding warm or hot water slowly. The other way is adding it to my cafeteria and mixing it into the dry coffee then adding boiling water to make the coffee. I would not buy again but don’t let that influence you. I’m not a milk lover so colustrum is also quite intense for me. I’m still using it to the end though and hoping it helps my gut issues which is what it is all about

After antibiotics ,my immunity was very low. I bought this Colostrum,it is incredible good.I can say never I had such a good Colostrum. I mixed it with two tablespoons of peeled hemp seeds, + 1 tablespoon of honey, 200 gr of warm water, grind it to get a very tasty milk. Drink it in the morning and in the evening, it is incredible for immunity. If there is a cold ,in 2 days - no trace.If you also have some probiotics (approx. 20 bln) the effect is even better.Recommend 💯 %

This is nothing like fresh colostrum. I have just wasted £42.99 because I will never use it. It has a very specific taste and smell that fresh colostrum doesn't have and it COMPLETELY spoiled the taste of my kefir.A friend also has two unopened tubs of Wellness Extract Colostrum in her cupboard too, which I just discovered when complaining to her about the taste of it.BE WARNED, this item cannot be returned, even unopened. :-(

This stuff really is amazing. Its given me the energy boost I needed and I can definitely tell if I miss a day. It also doesn't taste bad at all, it's sort of sweet and mild.
