The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are absolutely impressive. The sound quality is rich, clear, and well-balanced, with deep bass and crisp highs that make music, podcasts, and calls sound fantastic. The Hi-Fi audio really stands out compared to standard earbuds. The active noise cancelling works very well, especially for blocking out background noise like traffic, conversations, and office sounds. I recently picked up these renewed Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and I have zero regrets – they're fantastic! The Hi-Fi sound is crystal clear with deep bass and immersive 360 Audio that makes music, podcasts, and calls feel premium. The active noise cancellation does an excellent job blocking out distractions, whether I'm working, commuting, or just relaxing. The comfort fit is spot-on with the right ear tips – they stay secure during movement, and the IPX7 water resistance gives peace of mind for workouts or light rain. Conversation Mode is a smart touch; it seamlessly lowers the volume and lets ambient sound in when someone talks to you – super handy in daily life. TECH_KINGS are blatantly dishonest and I do not recommend. I don't tend to leave negative reviews but these arrived in absolutely horrible condition, not at all the "excellent" that was promised. Arrived in a beat-up, partially crushed box. The case itself was covered in scratches and dents. Upon opening it I found mysterious white residue all over borh earbuds, and the inside of the case was written on with sharpie. After testing them I found that the earbuds work occasionally but frequently produce a jarring static sound before they cease working at all. They kept pausing my audio at random and would not register any touch commands at all. System diagnostic revealed *at least* the battery, touch sensors, and ear-detection are all broken, meaning the microphone and speakers can't even have diagnostics run on them at all since they don't even register as being out of the case, but it seems the microphone doesn't pick anything up at all. Paying for these at nearly market price, this is actually bordering on a scam. These earbuds are disgusting, damaged, and defective. TECH_KINGS is the company reaponsible for refurbishing them and Amazon clearly could not care less about making sure they are honoring their listings. I am honestly amazed at how shamelessly they sent me a device of very poor quality at best while promising excellent quality. I am honestly suprised (and admittedly not dully convinced) they aren't fake altogether. Hopefully I didn't get some kind of biohazard in my ears and on my hands from handling these. I will be returning them immediately and I wish I could give zero stars. While some reviews seem positive, I personally would advise anyone reading this not to take the risk of wasting your time and money with this company.

It works great! I bought it refurbished and it definitely an upgrade from the original Buds Pro! Better noise canceling, sound and better design as well! It does work with older models such as the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The case fells so nice but can easily get scratched if left in pocket with car keys and other hard objects. Battery life is not bad at all, as both buds can last 2+ hours or more, even if you you use it longer and the battery dies out, it charges super quickly. The case should charge the earbuds 3 around full battery cycles, more or less. I've read reviews about the bad comfort from the Buds 3 so I chose this one, refurbished. Good as new!

First the con (and this is a two-fer) ... 1. These buds came with only one pair of ear tips, the ones on the buds (I think they are the medium size) and no others. Even worse is that (2.) the dust screen in both tips were torn (see photo). Now the rest ... Even though I don't need the original packaging, these buds came in only a plain white box with a computer-printed label saying what was inside. I don't consider this a con because it is not relevant to me. Evidently my definition of 'Refurbished - Excellent' is a bit different than those at the Amazon Refurbished Store. That being said, everything else about these buds is great. Of course I had to charge the case after it arrived and after I did I paired it with my Galaxy phone, which was simple. I already had the Wear app on my phone and just opening the buds' case alerted my phone of their presence. Wear opened up and asked if I wanted to pair, I responded in the positive and we were set to go. I was unhappy with the fit of the ear tips on the buds so I had to wait a few days for the new ear tips I bought from Amazon to arrive. Once the new tips were on the buds I went about configuring the them the way I wanted (in the Wear app) and I was happy with the results. A few years ago I purchased the Galaxy Buds2 Refurbished from Amazon but had to replace them because of a bad reaction they had to a software update a few weeks ago. After much research I decided on the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. The primary reason was the improved ANC feature. I read nothing but good reviews concerning that feature, and it was the quality of the ANC in the Galaxy Buds2 that sold me on that model. I often listen to audio books as I walk, and my walks often take me along busy roads that generate a lot of noise. I took my walk with the new Galaxy Buds2 Pro and was not disappointed! The quality of sound was excellent (for MY 77-year-old ears!) and the ANC feature didn't let me down. In fact I felt that it worked better than the Galaxy Buds2 I was replacing. And the price difference between these refurbished buds and a new pair allowed me to purchase the Asurion 3-yr warranty and a new set of ear tips of premium memory foam. With those ear tips and ANC turned on it's hard to hear anything around me, so it's just me and my book or music. I didn't get a pair of silicone ear tips that fit me right to compare, but these Comply foam tips were very comfortable throughout my 2 hours of walking. If you buy these buds, be careful to double-check what you receive, because I originally ordered a white pair but received the Galaxy Buds Pro, NOT the Buds2 Pro I ordered. I returned the Buds Pro I received and they refunded my money, but still, it cost me an extra week with no buds. Just sayin'.

Ive used galaxbuds for several years and just went from buds 2 up to b2 pro. I wish i had bought buds 2 again. There are some pros to the b2 pros though. Well, one anyway. Come to think about it, i wish i had bought a set of galaxy buds 2 again. The galaxy labs feature is gone and i cant adjust the ambient sound volume so everything is too loud or i cant hear anything that i need to. The speakers are tuned differently and the way it lands on my ear is just not as warm. The buds have a wing shape that works but one side always feels like its getting ready to fall out. That didn't happen with the b2. Im still not used to the setup fir the touch controls. I want audio control when im listening to audio, volume doesn't mater too much. I can do that with my phone. Pause, skip, answer and teminate calls, thats what maters to me. Being able to hear whats going on in my house, listening to music or a podcast while being able to monitor the room. Thats what matters. And if its just too noisy, being able to dial it down a bit without worrying about missing something important. It maters.

What you should know! These are the best buds I have used and also my second pair. I don't like the stem on the buds pro3 and have read the sound isn't as good. These buds are awesome! I am sure if you find some in good condition you will agree. Tech Kings This is the seller which I purchased these from. They were clean and pound just as hard as my first pair. They come with a short charging cord and only 2 sets of tips. Was a little disappointed about that as my first came with 3 pair. Be smart when cleaning! I use these a lot! That being said these buds get dirty. Be easy when cleaning them! I ruined my first pair and had to order replacements. I would do so again in a heartbeat as I love them. I hope the pro buds 4 do away with the stupid stem design and go back to this compact style.

Compre unos que decían que estaban en calidad de excelente pero excelentemente puercos parece que los habían arrastrado hechado a la tierra tirado todos puercos de todos lados ni les hicieron nada y namas los metieron asi en la caja de renovados hasta se veían algo oxidados de donde carganse que es de ver que te llega peor ya es pasarse la neta ya pedi mi reembolso.y espero que si me lo den

El artículo se ve muy bien, tiene mucha calidad el refugio es muy limpio, no lo notas, solo no trae caja original y agregan un cable de carga genérico. Lo UNICO malo es que no agregan las almohadillas solo el par instalado y las que llegaron fueron las más chicas y no me quedaron. Tendré que conseguir unas del tipo original porque son especiales.

Me salieron defectuosas, el empaque no era el original, suena un chisqueo molesto cuando estoy escuchando música. En conclusión fue una muy mala compra

No me gustó el producto demasiado dañado y con múltiples raspaduras y hasta se sienten con una textura grasosa que da asco, nada agradable también no funcionan no se conectan a los dispositivos no los compren son de baja calidad y hasta me dan asco de sólo agarrarlos es un producto de baja calidad muy sucios.
