Play together, stay together
Loved Kristi's book. Her company Jam organized a number of fun events for my company since 2020. We've been fortunate to be recognized as the Best Place to Work by a number of publications, including Fortune Magazine, and we are always looking for new ideas, new partners, and new creative solutions for connecting our globally distributed company. The book had a lot of really fun real-life ideas and stories, and I can't wait to bring some of these ideas to my team. Definitely getting a copy of the book for our Head of HR

Must read for leaders
This book sparked so many ideas as I read through it - I couldn't put it down, except to fill an entire notebook with ideas! My organization has great employee retention and a really solid culture, but one thing that keeps coming up in exit interviews is that the team wants more social engagement and activities. Thanks to It Pays to PLAY, I'm finally going to do something about that. Highly recommend, no matter how long you're been in business.

All businesses should read this!
When the world shut down for over a year, "play" became an after thought. Unfortunately, governments placed a priority on resuming other forms of business before recreation and play became a priority. This book shows that "play" is not only fun, but critical to company success, not to mention the health of all of us! The author has years of experience in the industry, and I'm sure I'll be re-reading this over and over for my own business.
