Perfect!
I purchased this for use with photographing my stained glass pieces. I prefer natural light, but that's not always available when I need it, this is a great replacement. Very happy with it!

No Dimmer Switch, Not What I Paid For
I got this pad for the ability to better control the brightness than I had with my other pad. Supposedly there was supposed to be an "on the side button" along with a dimmer switch... This pad has neither. It turns off and on, but that's it. Off or BRIGHT.
