A nice tang and a hint of the wine it came from; an excellent salad vinegar!

Delightful flavor, not overwhelmingly acid. Excellent for homemade vinaigrette. Just ordered the white wine vinegar also.

This is my first foray into looking for a red wine vinegar online. Can't stand the grocery store stuff so haven't used this kind of vinegar in years. This is much mellower than what I can buy in the store, but I am unable to compare it to other top of the line red vinegars. I'm very happy with this and only deducted a star because it wasn't in a glass bottle. I will definitely search out recipes for this besides salads. I'm thinking zipping up a pot roast with it.

Great flavor for a vinaigrette

Wow! A little will go a very long way toward making a zingy potato salad! Lots of flavor in a very small amount.

Very nice red wine vinegar for salads and other recipes!

I don't really taste anything outstanding about this vinegar. I purchased it based on other reviews on Amazon, but I think it is overpriced and does not stand out from other red wine vinegars that I have purchased at small markets for less money.

This is a good red wine vinegar but not great it like some of the tardiness of some of the better wine vinegar's but it is a smooth red wine vinegar but it is only good not great on flavor.

I bought this because my usual brand was not available so i though ill give it a try. Its a perfect companion to olive oil, a dash of garlic powder and a sprinkle of salt for a delicious dressing for your salad greens.Im a loyal fan , its now my go to brand.Just a few drops are enough.

It has a smooth flavour

for its size its a little pricey but it definitely adds taste to your food!

Expensive for what you get

I particularly liked the packaging & the size. A very affordable red wine vinegar, with a not too strong but robust flavor that tickled & delighted my taste buds & my salads. Delicious in my 3-bean salad! Highly recommended for mixed greens!
