Gave it 4 stars as the product itself failed (calling for one star) but customer service reached out and came though under warranty and provided replacements parts, gladly and with no grief etc so, can't give 5 due to product but definitely can give four due to the service and follow up!

Looks good feels very delicate luckily I don't use this only when washing be careful when turning on and off just seems like if you too rough it'll break love the look install easy

I included the before and after. My main reason for changing the faucet is because the knobs were hard to turn on and off and there was no spray gun. I had to wipe the far side of the sink out with my hands which drove me crazy. This is very helpful since the knobs are easy to turn and it has a spray gun for me to extend and spray all around the sink. It is very light plastic material but very nice looking and easy to assemble.

Bought this for my sink in the garage, so didn't need anything fancy or expensive. With that said, this faucet is all plastic, and very lightweight. Fortunately I won't really be using it very much, do hopefully it's last a couple years. The positive, has a nice extension hose, a spray function, and I can attach a garden hose to it. Not sure I'd attach a house to it very often though, of be afraid the faucet would snap in half, lol

I had to drill a extra hole since my utility tub only had 2 holes. Other than that the installation was easy and the job was finished in 30 minutes

You definitely get what you pay for! If you are looking for an inexpensive faucet that you can use gently, then this will do the trick. However, if you want a sturdier faucet that's tougher, buy a different one. Having said that, ours worked great for almost 3 months, until it dripped non-stop. We attempted to fix the problem ourselves, but could not figure out the problem with the faucet. We reached out to the seller and got a response fairly quick at first, but it took a while to receive follow-up information on replacements parts. We ended up replacing our faucet with a store-bought one instead and requested a refund, which they promptly granted. So, not the sturdiest faucet, but good customer service!
