Dry aging fridge
Fridge works well so far. Holds steady temp and have had no issues in the few weeks I have had it up and running. UV lamp is always on, the interior side light can be turned on/off. Just put in meat to age last week. Have to wait and see how well everything turns out.well packaged and good communication from seller.
