This is great! I purchased for my granddaughter who is 2. It does recommend for 3 onwards and having looked at the flash cards, there are many that are perfect for her age. She loves it and like many other toys it keeps her interested and occupied for a lot longer. Perfect to use at home and great for long car journeys.

Bought this toy for a 30 month old. It is recharged via a USB cable (provided). The cards show an image and the word is printed clearly at the top. Some of the cards also have sound when inserted to the device e.g. siren for police car and animal sounds. Lots of word groups are covered in the set. The words are clearly pronounced with an English accent. This set is good to use to help expand vocabulary and provides opportunities for discussion. The cards are double sided. It was a good size for a young child to hold and easy to use. The only criticisms are that the cards are quite thin and easily bend when a young child is handling them and a small number of objects and vehicles are referred to by their American names although the cards show the names used in Europe and America. On the whole found this to be a value for money item. The sound is audible and clear and volume is adjustable.

My son absolutely loves these, he has even taken them into his forest school for him and his class to practice their words together. Expect another order or two soon as even the staff can’t stop talking about how helpful these are.

Lovely item kids love it

Really good assortment of words. The pictures, text and voice are very clear.Needs a fair amount if coordination to get a card into the slot, so waiting for my 13 month granddaughter to be a bit older before she can use them without being the cards.

Bought as a first birthday present for a friend's daughter and she says it is fab. Mum puts the cards in as the baby can't do it yet but the baby sits and listens and then pulls the cards out when she is ready for a swap. She plays with it for roughly 20 minutes at the moment so would definitely recommend!
