Pros & Cons… Good product for a fair price
I have had an apple watch since their beginnings. I switched to a garmin quatix5 2 years ago—long story—but it was for business purposes. Things I missed were being able to answer calls/texts, and overall ease of use of the widgets on my garmin for fitness. So after lots of reading reviews, I came to this smartwatch— the final decision was made from the ad stating it would allow you to answer texts. 🤨Shipping was on point and prime in 2 days from ordering.I found the directions easy to read/understand and had the device charging within moments of opening it. —note—no charging block. Not a deal breaker for me as i have plenty of spares. The charger is magnetic—however one has to charge it face down in order not to disrupt the connection. —meh—ok.After it was charged, “binding” the watch was easy. The on phone app has a decent interface. However, i did have some trouble finding where to turn all the functions on (like weather, phone etc)… it is a learning curve since apple is scan and play and the garmin i have does not off the answer call option… —still not a deal breaker—until i find the tab in the app for frequently asked questions (please see photos) and find that in fact i cannot answer texts as it clearly advertises on the flip through in the product overlook on amazon. 😒So that was disappointing. However— the overall product for the price is pretty decent. The calls i have made are clear, loud enough to hear over road noise. Music plays clearly from the watch.*note: when the audio bluetooth is active for your watch ALL sound comes from your watch and you will have to disconnect that setting in bluetooth to be able to play videos. It also uses the tones you have set for your phone directly to the watch.*The display: it is nice and bright with controls for more or less bright. It is clear, easy to read, the apps are fairly standard. Plenty of workout modes to chose from, step counter* (i will get to this in a moment), heart rate, weather— the basic package for what most users (everyday people) will use and enjoy. —the faces to chose from are also very bright, with more in the app—however from a workout stand point i would like more options where it displays my step count, calories burned, maybe the weather along with time and date—please note, i am picky.Step counter: i tried it along side my apple app, garmin and this new smartwatch. Result: none of them match 🤣 Garmin is telling me i did over 10k, apple says 7k, the new watch 3640 (which if i am honest i feel like apple is closer bc i wasn’t overly active due to bad weather)… so is it close? Maybe. Hard to say when they are all so far apart. If you are new to the smartwatch world I think this is an affordable option against the high dollar brand names. It is easy to operate, has clear graphics and does almost everything (except let you answer texts directly).**I have not had a chance yet to test the IP68 “waterproof” suggestion of the app, nor say much for battery life—i can update this in a week or so and report that then**I am just a customer, writing a review. Great watch!
I really like this watch! It works well and gives me all of the accessories that I need! I can control the volume of the watch through the volume on my phone and it links up really easy to the app! I find the app very easy to understand and to maneuver through. It was very easy to sync up with my phone. You cannot text directly from the messaging app, but you can tap the AI button and use voice command to text whoever you like whether an original text or answering them back. This is done through Google or Amazon's alexa, whichever you prefer to send your messages through so you can respond back to messages very easily. It takes calls on the watch which is very convenient and calls can be placed from the watch which is great. I get all my notifications as far as messages and social media and I'm really happy with how the watch looks. Keeps track of steps, you can have it remind you to drink water if you choose to and all the extras that are listed in the description.Great watch for a great price! It's not too big and not too small and looks nice my the wrist 👍

Works as advetised!
I use the sleep tracker, heart rate & blood oxygen daily. Seems fairly accurate. The screen is very touchy so it is easy to get to unintended apps. Had to turn the phone app of because it was inadvertently dialing numbers from my contact list. Could not get AI voice to work. Also use the walking app. It has lots of exercise apps and keeps previous records for quick check. The phone app works great and you can easily text with questions or issues. The instruction that come in the box have small print and not as complete as they should be. Have had mine 2 months and the battery won't charge past 69%. But it still lasts 5-6 days before recharge. Has other apps on the watch the May be useful. This is a great watch at a great price. Highly recommended.

Pros and cons
Pro: Nice bright vivid screen with great colorsPro: pretty fair selection of facesPro: 24/7 customer service through the HuaWise app. Very fast response though the rep couldn't solve my issue.Pro: a strange built-in blowdryer to dry the watch. How cool is that, right? But why is it necessary? Hmmm...Pro: screen protector includedCon: I get a vibration about every 45 seconds telling me that I'm listening to music, though I can't control music from the watch. When I turn off the "other notifications" as suggested by customer service, I get nothing-not even texts. I don't use the text program that came with my phone, I use a much more robust program. It is included in the "other" notifications which don't work when I turn off the annoying music notification. Also included in "other notifications" is every app that I've chosen to receive silent notifications, like Next Door and news apps. It's all or nothing with this watch! With my other brand watch, the app gave me a list of all the apps on my phone in order to turn on or off notifications on the watch.Con: I chose "enable phone" on the watch settings so I could control the music, and I got this message: "Please try again after pairing". The phone and watch are already paired, and I have received phone call notifications on the watch, as well as notifications from my music program, as already noted. I have tried to answer my phone from my watch, and it didn't work.Con: When someone calls and I answer on my phone or earbuds, the watch keeps vibrating for quite a while after I answer.Con: three times I tried to add favorite contacts. The watch showed that it was syncing, but then failed every time.Con: When I tried to add favorite contacts, the search function didn't work, and the list to scroll through it not in any semblance of order, alphabetical or otherwise. It did finally work when I went to look at each contact on my phone and typed in their phone number on the app. This watch/app was definitely NOT ready for rollout.

No gasten su dinero
Solo sirvió 3 meses. Y ya después la pantalla no funciona. Lo que dirá es muy poco para el valor que tiene.
