The sound is perfect, not to much high end notes but they are there and mixed really well
Sound quality is great, I always wait a few months before sharing a review but I bought these April 7th and haven’t had any issues, when it comes to KZ/Linsol I get mixed quality, sometimes they work for upwards of over a year and sometimes they only work a few days, but nonetheless these seem to be holding up well and the sound is excellent, very happy with them, bass is excellent, still get the high notes but it’s not over powering at all, I play drums for my church every week so even the wire that comes with the headphones is holding up great, it gets unplugged and plugged in constantly and and has held up fine, can’t say enough good things about these, only gripe I have is I wish they would come with the upgraded wire set but otherwise there awesome.

Best audio from earbuds I’ve ever heard
These are AMAZING! I love the cable being anti-tangle! This is one of the only sets of earbuds that has inserts small enough for the inside of my ears, they feel like they’re not even there! Best pet is the audio. They have the absolute best audio I’ve ever experienced in the world of earbuds! The only downside is that I own an iPhone so I had to purchase a separate adapter but that is easy to look past

I love the KZ Castor !
Overall, pleased with my purchase. I'm new to the IEM world but I have been playing games for some time now. And during a late night search for budget gaming headphones, I found these IEM's and they are great. Budget friendly option. The sound quality and clarity is great. But I can say the cord length, like most items like these is a bit short. And it does include different tips to choose your comfort which is nice. I'm still working on finding the best fit and way to use them on my gaming PC. But so far they are great. The design of the IEM is great and overall I think these will be far better then most budget headsets. Either way, forget headsets and try IEM's you will be surprised !

Decent, not for me.
Honestly, not my favorite. I've had 3-4 different pairs of IEMS, and this is one of my least favorites. For me, they always just felt a little too big in my ears, even with changing the ear tips. It sounded a bit muddy almost? Not for me, but probably for others it'll sound good.

very good
very good sound quality. the rubber buds they came with are a bit uncomfortable, but those are easily replaceable. overall, very good for the price.

Awesome but with Caveats
The first thing one notices is that these are heavy for their size. The body is made of zinc instead of plastic so there is a considerable amount of mass there. The next thing are the short nozzles which make getting a good fit a real pain. I ended up going with the Sedna Earfit TPS tips. These are $20 for two pair but they will seal at all times. I did have to wrap some tape around the narrow nozzles to get the Sedna tips to stay on. Of course, one usually replaces the cable on inexpensive Chi Fi earbuds. I had a set of Tripowin 16 core silver plated copper and they do sound better than stock cables. They are less tangly, too.As far as sound, they are a bit bass heavy in the lower bass. There is a treble peak at somewhere around 4-6K that is not too bad. The midrange can sound a little sucked out but the resolution and texture is there. Yes, they should be amped. I have a custom Mayflower Cmoy running at 1X gain that is essentially a portable O2. It really tightens things up and focuses the image.I do have a pair of CCA CA16, which I thought were quite good. The Blon do have more lower bass but it is faster. The CCA is quite good in the midrange. The Blon can seem a little sucked out but there is slightly more resolution there. The CA16 are really good up top. Especially since they are a three way system with the fastest drivers up top. The Blons keep up but are not as neutral. I am hoping the top end smooths out as they break in. Imaging goes to the Blons. The CA16s do a great job. The sound stage is wide and pretty well focused. The Blons have the width but added depth. Also, the sound stage is more focused. The CCA CA16are tough to beat. They are twice the price and are fairly neutral. The Blon 01 has a little more zing on the deep bass as well as that treble peak. I am hoping the latter goes away as they break in. We will see. The single driver does produce a more coherent sound and the lack of a crossover is probably why the imaging is this good. For most genres the Blon are pretty clear winners. For orchestral music, it is a tough choice. the Blon is more revealing with better imaging but the CCA are just a bit more natural sounding. BTW, I have the same tips and cable on the CCA CA16.IMHO Blon should go with a plastic body and do something about the short nozzles. That is not much to complain about. So, change the tips, change the cable, and then use an amp. They are pretty incredible then. :-)Update: I used them over the weekend for an extended time plugged directly into my LG phone. Yes, they need an amp. They do sound good directly plugged in but the bass was considerably looser, the midrange seemed rather thin, and the soundstage was good but not great.
