Not a qualified reviewer however a qualified user and purchaser. I suffer from Primary progressive MS and combined with umpteen symptoms, I suffer from foot-drop. Treatment does not exist for myself, however every now and again,a little gadget like this comes along and makes me feel that this small exercise is having a positive impact.It's as sturdy as the force applied and therefore not suitable for deliberate fault finders. It contributes to promoting my circulation, reduces ankle swelling, works muscles from the toe to the hip and has no negative impact. Small, light, convenient,,PERFECT. For anyone whom feels it lacks pressure and should be more challenging, I would suggest getting off your behind and actually take steps, some disabled people find this a challenge and a big triumph AND for elderly, this promotes a sense of satisfaction. For those into expensive trainers, this gadget is not for you, those whom struggle daily and want a sense of achievement, no matter how small, give this a shot, if your target is not met, take an alternative approach,this is not designed for the Olympians. A small gadget big impact for myself, mentally and physically.

Don't get me wrong - it is a nice piece of kit - quite robust and works well, and comes with a handy little pouch, and doesn't slip on carpet tiles...it is really a 3.5 for me. The issue may be more on my side, but I didn't quite realise that it only fits one foot at a time. One could buy two, but that would be a bit awkward. If they developed a larger one for two feet I would buy it in a heartbeat and give it 5 stars.

Arrived on time , seemed smaller than advertised on site. However was suitable for use, to regain strength and mobility in lower limbs and feet. Thank you Patterson medical

This was bought for a 90 year old who is self isolating. They think it will be ok for them . However had a terrible squeak. No assembly required which is good.

Might as well stick a squeaking toy under foot. Really annoying noise it makes, it also moves when your foots on it. Total waste of mo et just pump your foot up and down. Don’t make my mistake!

When I am sitting down for any length of time my legs feel 'congested'...due to two motorcycle accidents in the 1970's! I have a system of rocking my feet up and down when travelling...this item mirrors what I do with my feet!! The item seems alright but I can see where other reviewers say that for seventeen pounds plus for such a simple item....a pair was expected!! 17 pounds for one item is far too much!

A simple but ingenious product. I bought it for my mother, absolutely loves it . In the short she's had it has reduced her pain whilst walking . She wonders why it is not available on NHS.

The pedals squeak terribly when used which makes it impossible for me to use them at work which is why I purchased them in the first place. Very disappointed.

L'idea è valida ma il pedale è troppo piccolo anche per un piede come il mio (calzo il 37 di scarpa) per cui tende a scivolare non offrendo un buon appoggio. Non mi sento di consigliarlo a chi, come me, ha necessità di tenere in movimento le gambe anche da seduto.
