Thought Samsonite would be quality
Purchased black garment bag, looked good upon arrival. A little over a month later, the zipper broke completely off, with normal use. Disappointed in the quality for the price. The window for returns is ONE MONTH! They don't care that the merchandise is defective. A complete waste of money.

Faulty material
Used once and zipper came away from fabric of garment bag. Poor workmanship and since it was gift and after time frame to exchange, I am stuck with torn garment bag. Will not recommend nor purchase a Samsonite bag again
