Fingers crossed
So far I’m liking this Apegenin! I am totally a Freshman when it comes to this supplement. I’d actually never even heard of it, but I read some reviews and decided to try it for helping me with sleep. If you’re like me, sleep is not easy to get when you can’t relax and shut your mind off. I also researched Apegenin on a bunch of highly regarded medical websites and I was impressed with the amount of research that has gone into this. I had to give it about four days until I felt it was working, I actually took two for those first days, but I always started with one and took the second after an hour. On the fifth day and since I’ve been taking one and it’s working really well. Not sure why, but all,I care about is that I relax enough and fall asleep and stay asleep. I’d definitely recommend trying it if some of the other options(I.e., Melatonin, Aswaghanda, etc.) aren’t working for you. I only take supplements that are manufactured in the US and this one is. Another positive is the amount in the bottle.six months! It’s a great deal, only if it works, and it does for me.

It seems to work better as an aid?
I can't say I'm familiar with the company, but he claims to be based in the US. I can't make any claims in terms of legitimacy but I have heard about this ingredient when it comes to sleep. I've tried this off for a few days. No ill side effects. In terms of making me sleep, I would say it's a bit subtle, but after trying it out with melatonin it does seem to make it a bit more of a stronger effect. So as a stand-alone product I wouldn't rely on it. I'm kind of uncertain as to where I stand with this item to be honest because I can't even tell if it is a placebo effect. Most I could confirm is I have not gotten bad side effects

I like the possibilities
This supplement was unknown to me until it came across my feed. As I looked into Apigenin, first using the National Institute of Health website, I became very intrigued by this bioflavonoid, which is potentially very beneficial, especially with its ability to reach the brain. This brand's half year supply is well sealed, GMP tested, non-GMO, and plant based. The only filler, magnesium stearate, is described as from a vegetable source. My favorite labeling specifies sources in more detail, but I do appreciate that the apigenin in this product is described as "from a natural source". I have no trouble swallowing the capsule and experience no odor or flavor from the capsule.I ordered this product and am adding to my rotation of products which are potentially beneficial for general well-being.

Good Value
This supplement is easy to swallow and seems to offer good antioxidant support. The bonus pill case is a nice touch too.

Didn't really do anything but make me use the bathroom...a lot
I got this because I heard Huberman Podcast talking about it for helping with sleep - I figured I'd try it because melatonin does nothing for me and I would prefer to not take a bunch of sleep aid junk since this was supposed to be a more natural way. Well.....it never worked and I took it every night for a month. Looked at Garmin and Ultrahuman every morning and not once did I see any measurable improvements, nor did I even notice any improvements in sleep. If anything, I actually have slept WORSE lately - higher HRV suddenly, higher body temp suddenly, heart rate dropping later into the night for some reason, and then the next day is 6-10 rounds on the toilet. Whatever this is didn't agree with me, will not be taking anymore.

No filler? I taste starch.
I have a habit of tasting the contents of pills, and the powder in these capsules has the taste of rice or another grain filler. I would also like to know the source of the Apigenin, either chamomile or parsley, as popular sources, and I can’t tell from the taste whether it’s sourced from either. On the plus side, I appreciate that this is made in a USA GMP facility, and the 180 capsules for a 60-month supply are filled to the top of the bottle, reducing packaging waste. It also comes with a complementary travel pill case. Apigenin helps lower our levels of CD38, an enzyme that degrades NAD, and the levels tend to build up in the body as we get older. It is also anti-inflammatory with high antioxidant activity, while it may also help with anti-anxiety with sedative effects that contribute to better sleep. I also learned years ago that it is a little-known NAD booster, great to combine with other NAD-boosting compounds, such as Nicotinamide Riboside or NMHH, to prevent NAD degradation.Although the label shows only vegetable cellulose capsules and magnesium stearate used for 100mg Apigenin capsules, I’m having trouble believing the label and need to see third-party testing to confirm the apigenin purity and content because I’m tasting starch of some sort in the powder.

Antioxidant and antiinflammatory
Apigenin is a polyphenol found in various plants, including parsley celery. Another source is chamomile, and like chamomile tea, apigenin is said to help relaxation and lower blood pressure. While I can't voucher for its effectiveness, I take it for its reputed antiinflammatory and antioxidant properties. The capsules are easy to swallow, the cost is relatively modest, and I've had no adverse.effects

It Didn't Work for Me
Apigenin is studied as a sleep aid, but unfortunately, I haven't noticed any effect from this supplement. I've been taking one capsule for a week with no noticeable effects and then increased it to two capsules without any difference.Otherwise, the supplement arrived well packaged and seems like a good quality product overall. Dietary supplements are often hit or miss, so I'm giving it four stars because it may not be suitable for me.
