Very good heating lunchbox. Takes time to heat the food but good results. Value for money well made used many times. Easy to clean excellent product.

My husband hasn't stopped raving about this. I bought it so he could have leftovers for dinner, despite working out of a van and having no access to a microwave. He reports that it works brilliantly to heat up his food, and I can report it is easy to clean after use. He says food heats up in around 20-30 minutes from the vans cigarette lighter power, and within 5-10 minutes from an internal plug. Well worth the money.

Takes about an hour to heat pre-cooked food to a nice hot, but not burning meal temperature.On the unit I received, the compartment to store the mini spoon and fork wouldn't stay shut properly, but no big deal really.Easy to clean. There is a rubber vent on the lid to exhaust the heated air, so it will vent the smell of whatever you are heating. If you are heating a curry in the office then the office will get a whiff of curry, but no more than if you heated it in a microwave.I'm not convinced it's leak proof because of the fit of the lid and the rubber vent on the lid, but I haven't tested this so not marking it down for that. I put my food in an old takeaway container that fits in the unit. Heats up nicely and only have to clean the takeaway container and lid instead of the stainless steel bowl and plastic lid of the lunchbox.Bit concerned that the 12/24 volt dc connection is the same connector type as the 240V ac connection next to it. Hopefully there is some sort of built in protection if you plug it in the wrong socket. I'm sure there must be for this product to have been licenced.Overall I am pleased with this purchase. Would recommend.

Good value keeps food hot and easy to clean

Bought this for my partner as he has nowhere to heat up his lunch when working. I was worried that the food wouldn't heat up enough, however, this little food heater got so hot that my partner burned his rice! All in all, it does the job perfectly, it is sturdy, very easy to clean and very convenient when you have to travel a lot during work and don't have access to a microwave.

If I had read the reviews I would not have wasted my money on this rubbish! It takes over an hour to heat the food (for ever with frozen food).
