Does what it says - good adapter
I have tried out of few of these Bluetooth adapters available on Amazon in the last few months; looking for a Bluetooth solution for my 2015 Honda F6B. This bike has a 12v power port located next to a 3.5mm (male) aux input cable - a common setup in many vehicles. SOME of these adapters do different things - so here's what I've figured out so far:What makes this one unique: THIS product will enable you to BT connect your phone BOTH to it (to stream media and navigation output) AND to a set of BT headphones - so I can answer calls directly to a headset (without trying to talk into the phone). Media automatically fades when in a call - really great. Sound quality is standard BT quality - no noticeable loss of quality. I think the Chinese lady's voice is funny - can't believe this is even an issue with some folks. Media (sound) output to the vehicle is through the 3.5mm cable port.THIS other model (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074WQRPFG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) will output EITHER through the 3.5mm cable port OR through the USB connector- which is really useful if you're looking for a solution without an AUX (3.5mm) cable – in my particular application this can be placed into the rear luggage compartment (as in many Goldwings) and WILL connect/input sound via the USB port. Unfortunately on my bike the sound is noticeably clipped from this rear input and I abandoned this approach. THIS model will NOT connect to 2 separate devices.THIS model (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B4S8SWM/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) outputs sound only through the 3.5mm cable port; and will only connect to a single device (phone). BUT it will accept an SD card with music on it – it also has buttons for playback/call functions/etc but I have found no practical use for them. All 3 models work as intended – so whatever you’re trying to do one of these should work for your particular application (some cars don’t have a 3.5mm aux cable, for instance – others will not accept input via the USB port). In my case I settled on the product listed here – as the sound quality on the F6B is much better using the AUX input cable and I can BT connect to a separate headset if I wish. Please bear in mind that I’m judging audio quality on a motorcycle – but in my experience the audio quality (calls, navigation and media streaming) was essentially the same from all devices – so the discriminator ends up being the unique FUNCTIONALITY of each model - which is kinda' hard to tell from the product descriptions. Hope that helps!

Chinese voice is no longer here
It works amazing it has a few hiccups since it's 2.0 bluetooth but it works. Just plug it into your device and if you have a car make sure you plug into a usb slot that plays music from your phone already. It works quick and easy and there isn't a Chinese accent voice like others said I wish there was.

Accent & Name
pretty solid bluetooth capabilities. i use it in my 2011 bmw, which doesn’t have bluetooth on it, it piggy backs off of Aux and USB, which i do have. only dislike is the fact that there is a very thick accent women that tells you when the device is ready to be paired or is paired successfully. also, you can’t change the name. if you have more than one there’s no way to know which you connect to. best $8 fix to a $1,000 problem!

This is a very cheap way to get your car ...
This is a very cheap way to get your car to wirelessly play music from your phone. It works as expected, connecting to my phones bluetooth everytime I turn on the car stereo. Audio quality is decent and setup was a piece of cake. The only reason I cannot give it any more than 3 stars is because of the "Your bluetooth device has successfully connected" that comes on each time you enter your car. The accent of this voice further cheapens the setup which makes this product almost undesirable.

BMW 320xi 2014 Bluetooth Problem Solved!!!
This is a great product for the price (something the bmw people could not obviously figure out with their impractical Y-cable solution). Both the bluetooth receiver and the car audio are simultaneously paired with the iPhone. I could both make and receive calls over the audio system while music was being played through the bluetooth receiver and the receiver remained paired after the call was over. The receiver is automatically paired when the ignition switch is on. The audio quality is pretty good.

Satisfied, and here is why -
The analog out is a pretty hot signal. I was getting some signal clipping until I gained down my Bluetooth volume on my phone to about 90%. Once I did the signal quality sounded great. It might have been that my prior adapter put out a weak signal; I have to disassemble my center console to get to the gain adjustment on the adapter I installed many years ago, so I'll just stick with the volume to 90% rule for now at least.BTW I disagree completely with the comment that the lady with the heavy Chinese access was too weird when it connects with my phone. I've taken to driving around unplugging and re-plugging in the adapter just to hear her say 'Bluetooth device is connected-uh-successfully' over and over again to embarrass my kids. It might be its best feature.

Just plain weird
Device works fine i use it in my car with a USB lighter charger and this allows me to use Bluetooth from my iPhone to my car stereos auxiliary port. Why did I give it to stars and what I buy this again?I gave it to stars because whenever the device is looking for or connecting to another device is Bluetooth it dictates the device is ready to pair or the device is connected successfully. First of all this gets old and I would’ve rather device just beeped like most devices to. On top of all this the person who is speaking from the Bluetooth device is a woman with a horrible Asian accent speaking English. Bottom line is if your marketing to English speaking customers why use a woman with a thick Asian accent to record the statements?Would I buy this again knowing what I know now no.
