Soft leather with excellent stitching. No separate lining but instead, the inside of sections are very smooth leather like a super smooth suede. Zippers appear to be good quality and operate smoothly. Not too nuts about leather tabs attached to each zipper. I also would prefer a detachable strap with swivels but the strap also seems to be very well made. Flap is fastened by magnets. Has high quality appearance and looks expensive.

The Crossbody bag is just a fantastic find. It can carry my Ipad, passports, phone, and many other items. Great purchase.
