I love this dough whisk! It combines ingredients so easily and the dough doesn't cake onto it does with a spoon or spatula; the ingredients move right through it. This dough whisk and the ice cream scoop are the best baking tools invented!

Love this Danish whisk. Have used 2xs today. Works great, better for dough than traditional whisk. Easy clean up, good mixing ability. And most of all comfortable in the hand. Did not find it too big or too small, perfect size!

This is my new favorite sourdough tool. I’ve had 3 others but this one is the easiest to clean after a good mix, which is so important. It does a good job mixing the sourdough as well and I find it takes a little less time than with other tools. I also prefer the non-wood handle as that was hard to clean when the sourdough bits dried to it and I could not walk the wood. I really like this tool and recommend it.

I love this whisk for making sourdough loaves! It’s great for other things too. So convenient and works well. Great size too! Definitely worth the money!

Incorporates everything together nicely and seems to be well made. I give it four stars though because the little nooks and crannies where the wire comes together is hard to get clean.

I love this whisk! I bought it to replace a wooden handle one I had because I couldn't get the wooden handle completely cleaned and was worried about mold. No worries with this one!

Wish I had bought one a long time ago. Much easier to use than a standard wire whisk on whatever you’re whisking.
