I believe it would make a lot of difference in holding myself on the thing . I feel that if I was a little taller it would be easier to use . However I won’t give up , I put 2 1/2 lbs weights on my ankles too keep me stable . I Finally decided to get one and went with the CS1500 as it is a light commercial version and i have heard mixed reviews about the entry level ab coaster 'max'. So far so good, definitely a great ab and lower back workout. It is literally the only type of ab workout i can say i enjoy doing.
