What is it with some guys at the gym doing curls. Rocking forward and backwards like Zebedee from the magic Roundabout and arms flailing to the side like Doctor Octopus. Look stand with your back against the wall and use this item. I managed to improve muscular size by EZ curling 32kg (70.54lbs). 5 sets of 10 reps 40 second rest in between. And then standing bicep curl using 18 (yes only 18) kg (39.6lbs) 10 sets of 10 reps with a 40 second rest between each set. You will improve size, you will improve definition within 25 days and you will be happy that you brought this. Stop reading and get ready to start training.

Bought this for my husband for his birthday. He was sceptical when he opened it and admitted that he didn't think it would be up to much. He very quickly changed his mind once he'd used it and said it is helping him to target specific areas of his upper arm muscles that he can't feel being worked when he doesn't use the Arm Blaster. He also said it was very good at helping to correct his posture. He would recommend it to anyone who can't get to the gym!
