Hello I'm sorry I don't know the answer to that but they wash well in the dishwasher and good for the microwave. They are quite heavy and robust we like large cups of coffee.

Yes, they are quite thick glass. I have poured boiling water straight in. And also heated milk in the microwave to boiling point. I bought mine to use for lattes. Really pleased and would recommend.
