Are the bags sealed at the bottom so you can cut whatever sized slit you want or are they completely open?

I bought some that were on a roll and I had to tear each one off. Too time consuming. I also bought some that were individual and had a small slit at the top to put the hangar through. You could cut it and make it bigger if you wanted to. I really liked these ones best. Hope that helps. 😊
