Hi There...if they were an average weight and height, we would suggest going with the size 13-14 which will be a snug fit, however if you want a bit more room then go with the 15-16.

Hi, I bought these for a man of roughly the same height, he wears an inco pad which makes the torso part a little shorter, so the large size fits well even though he’s of slim build. He has the navy and also the stripe version. The stripe version material is a bit nicer for some reason, a bit softer, though the navy is fine. Don’t tumble dry them as they shrink a bit. Hope this helps.
