Perfect!!
The enclosure is perfect for my Regal Jumping Spider. The door is a great tight fit and the lock is so smooth to operate. I can’t wait to get my accessories in the mail to decorate her new home:)

Awful
Plastic warped within a few weeks and completely cracked when I washed it. Don’t buy this product. I just missed the return window which was only 30 days when I bought it. Very disappointed.

well-made completely clear acrylic tank
This seems strong and well made to hold water without any chance of leaks. The clasp will definitely hold any creatures inside with no chance of escaping. I got it as a gift for my daughter with the intent of getting her turtles, frogs, or crabs, but I think we'll start off trying it as a terrarium for water plants and see when she's ready for the responsibility of a pet. Maybe for starters some red cherry shrimps and nerite snails swimming among java moss, anubias plant, a marimo moss ball, hornwort, water weeds, frogbits, and a Harry Potter spell from the sound of it! We'll see if she regularly changes out the water to keep the critters alive before we try anything that requires real care and time. Almost took off a star because they don't advertise how much water this 15"x10"x6" tank could hold given the air holes about halfway down and the door. The answer is it holds 1 gallon in the vertical position with almost no room to spare when you put anything into it, it'll likely leak over the doorway so maybe 1/2 or 2/3 gallon realistically. In the horizontal position it would hold 1.6 gallons with the water just up to the air vents, so realistically 1 gallon would work. See photos with maximum water amounts in those positions. So I'd say this is more ideal for critters that won't be swimming all the time, and probably best suited for tarantulas.

Mine had an imperfection, but product is overall good
Received this "reptile tank - model HR-1A" by inkpet. Overall a wonderful enclosure for my small, praying mantis that I found in the park. The feature that sold me on this product is the "ventilation holes are small enough to prevent drosophilids from escaping". <--- I agree with this. I haven't witnessed any fruit flies escaping from these holes (yet). Unfortunately, my product had an imperfection in which one of the rails/slots was wider than the other, so it causes the sliding door (when closed) to separate from the main body much wider than intended - allowing fruit flies to escape. But I'm fixing that by sticking a toothpick in the slot/rail to close the gap. This is the only reason I'm taking off a star.

Looking forward to using this!
This cage is so crystal clear that I found it difficult to photograph! It is good and sturdy, well packed in the manufacturer's box to prevent breaking. The door portion slides out and has a nice lock. It's a little hard to turn if you don't have long enough fingernails, but I was able to manage. I'm not sure that I'd put a larger animal such as a snake or a hamster in there, but it would make a beautiful vivarium with moss and drift wood as a display piece. It would also be suitable for pets that prefer smaller spaces, such as arachnids. I plan on growing a dwarf tomato plant in it to keep the cats away from it, and when I'm done with that, I will wash it out and set it up as a display piece, without animals. I'd have to do more research, but it may be suitable for a hermit crab if you use it upright so they have vertical climbing space - though you'd need a heat mat underneath... Something I may consider in the future. It's a good enclosure, well made, and the acrylic is sturdy.
