Absolutely flawless. No assembly required it came out of the box completely assembled ready to plug in and go. I'm in the freezing cold north expecting negative 40 and lower and I find the heat output is absolutely efficient. Although I do feel like on my shake rug at the highest heat I put a blanket under the heater the medium heat is perfect for the heater not to get too hot on the carpet. I could put it on the wood floor though and have it on high. The material is nicer than I expected it does not look cheap at all it's absolutely classy and the hinges have gold fasteners that match the gold on the handle that's a nice touch. The glass is beautiful like high-end glass that you would expect to see. The flame is really pretty although I do wish that the light in the logs flickered to add a little more detail to the fire. Overall I love my new fireplace like love love and I plan on keeping it on every minute I'm home this winter and for many years to come. Oh and my youngun is enjoying warming up her feet in the morning by the new fireplace. This new fireplace is a life's little victory.

This is one of the prettiest, coziest and warmest things that I've ever had. It's so charming that it's hard to look away from it. Practical? The heat is great! My pets love it, too. They come running, whenever they hear me open its door! So very glad that I bought it!!

I was very pleased with my fireplace heater. It looks great in my living room. No assembly required, just take it out of the box and take off the plastic wrap, plug it in and enjoy!

I got my little fireplace back in March and wanted to see how it worked out for me, before I wrote a review...I can honestly say that it is perfect for my place...it heats up my small area really fast and after 20 minutes, I can turn it down to low...it seems like it costs a few pennies an hour to use it...and I don't use central heating ...so happy I bought this...it makes for a warm and cozy environment

Pros:* Aesthetically the fireplace with a rustic, old-world charm is quite pleasing.* The exterior surprisingly is not made of cheap plastic but is made of metal which gives a sturdy authentic look.* It has a clear glass/plastic panel on three sides instead of one (like some other similar heaters), so it gives more flexibility in placing it in many angles or corners.* Has a light control knob and makes very less noise.* It makes the room warm but I wouldn't say it's great in this aspect. We used it on the low 750W setting for a room of 13’x15’ and it did increase the temperature by 3-5 degrees Fahrenheit in 10-15 mins, which was also reflected in the thermostat.Cons:* The legs of the heater were cumbersome to assemble.* It did not work on the 1500W setting at all, kept tripping every 2 minutes, and then would not start for a very long time. We got a replacement from the manufacturer, but that had the same problem.

We opened the box and pieces literally came out the door completely broken. Dents, dings, and scratches all over this heater. We don’t what happened, we just want our money back. We were excited about using this, this weekend and now we can’t.

We love it! It's a very attractive piece for our cabin and it puts out a fair amount of heat. We are more than pleased with our purchase, and the price was great. We highly recommend it!
