Review: Causing eczema! - I had been using normal Bamboo Nature nappies for over a year. My son had skin problems with store-bought nappies last year, experiencing horrible rashes. When I switched to Bamboo Nature, his eczema persisted but in a different form, leading me to suspect a food-related allergy rather than a reaction to the brand. However, when I switched to nappy pants, he developed a high fever on and off and his eczema got worse in the groin and back area where the nappy was in contact with his skin. I suspected that there was something wrong with the nappies. As soon as I stopped using them, his skin cleared in just one day. I have since switched to washable nappies, which I am sure do not contain any harmful chemicals.
