we bought this because my husband is a quadriplegic, with a chronic ulcer on his ischium. so, this seems to be perfect. it makes it easier than using 2 separate wedges. great find. can only recommand

It comes in a vacuum bag but does fully expand. It has a nice wedge to it to help put someone on their side. The only issue is it moves, so every 15 - 20 minutes you have to push the pillow back under the person. It is for that reason I gave it one star, it is definitely not non slip and for the price I expected more.

For bedridden patients this is very useful. If a patient with bedsores can sleep on their side, the wedge can support their back but leave the backside untouched.
