Vortex Optics Vanquish 10x26 Binoculars, Green, 10 x 26 cm

Absolutely cracking pair of binocular for the price. Don’t be fooled by any reviews in here claiming these are rubbish. Most likely they have no understanding of optics or anything to compare with. So her is my take on this pair. Having used glass costing anything from £500 to £1200 these are a bargain for the build quality and optics performance. The fact these 10x26 manage to impress me in the eye relief department that say it all. They are brilliantly balanced for one handed use with a rubbery grip and perfect size.Optically they are better than many binoculars in this price range or even pricier in some cases. Colour reproduction is well balanced with no bias to yellow or red Neutral. Usable FOV is also great extending to about 80% from the centre to edge, eye relief is terrific at 10x magnification many brands cannot get this right to accommodate for people wearing glasses. I would highly recommend these binoculars, buy them without hesitation if you are in the market for a grab and go binos 😉

Ιts good binocular, but i expected a much better image. Its as clear as the 1/3 priced Tasco 8-24x25. I can't see any more details i see with the Tasco (at Tasco's 10x zoom)But I have to admit it has a much better build quality and the colours look more vivid and bright compared to the Tascos.I decided to keep them because they gave me the impression they will last for a Lifetime

most disappointed. Have a much cheaper pairby Bushnell which although lacking in magnification perform just as well.

Just in case anyone wants to buy this item. I have seen it in a shop for cheaper than here and not only that, it weighs 360g, not over 900g, as on product info page. The guy in the shop weighed it for me.This is not the first time I have seen Amazon's descriptions to be incorrect.Some of the Nikon binoculars come in at dimensions of metres in length, width and depth!!!I kid you not.So, don't believe all you read in product info.Check manufacturers' websites, or shops first.Just saying.Having said that, I bought them in the shop and they are great. I'd recommend them.DF
