We purchased the 4K Confrence Room Camera System about a year ago. The system was easy to install and use. Several guests have used the system and found it easy to install on their laptops and stream their meetings. Sound qusality is excellent and the micro phone pick up all participants. The 4 k video is very good and the colors are ewxcellent. Great value for the money.

We bought this conference room camera system for our showroom and I'm very impressed. The 4K picture quality is clear, and the 120° wide-angle view works well for showing everyone around the table. The AI auto-tracking follows the speaker smoothly, and the gesture controls are convenient once you get used to them. The included speakerphone provides clear sound for both sides of the conversation, and setup was straightforward with Zoom and Microsoft Teams. We tested for our remote meeting with our sales team to show our samples and it worked well. Pictures are very clear and stable. I have no complaint at all.

I have used many high grade super expensive products and wanted something that is affordable without compromising the quality or cheap looking flimsy product. This product is great! The Bluetooth speaker sounds clear, and it paired quickly with my phone and laptop. I'm really impressed with the camera; it moves accurately with sound and has no lag. I even used it in a big boardroom, and there was no echo or bad mic reception. Plus, their support team was super professional and quick to respond to my emails. I'd totally recommend this product to anyone!

Good quality for the price, the AI tracking does work decently, although it's quite as smart as I had hoped in the conference room with multiple speakers, it centers all the people in the frame but it doesn't zoom in on the current speaker. Speaker/microphone unit works great, Bluetooth connection to computer allows for a sleek, wireless conference call. Microphone does pick up omnidirectionally, and the speaker goes insanely loud. While using Zoom, the menu screen appears only in reverse. There is no U.S. number online for product support. I tried Amazon’s product support and was hung up on 3 times. Buyer beware on this product. Even tried deactivating mirror image and reversing image with no luck.

Original review: I bought this combo. It is actually excellent. The reason I'm giving one start is that there is a 36 month warranty on the speaker, and it will no longer charge after 9 months. I cannot figure out, after searching for an hour, how to contact Tongveo about this. If Tongveo contacts me, I will happily upgrade the rating to 5 stars, because it is an incredible value.

El producto es excelente para sala de reuniones. me gusta mucho el audio es fidedigno y la calidad de la cámara muy buena. inicialmente la instalación era un poco confusa, pero al final resulto ser simple, una vez que la computadora funciona con los dos dispositivos (cámara y bocina) es un proceso bien fácil. Lo recomiendo como una opción bastante profesional.
