This foam balance pad really helps me improve. I use it once or twice a week to improve my foot and ankle strength. At first, my balance was a bit wobbly but over time my balance has improved to the point where I can stand on the pad with one leg for nearly one minute at a time. Yeah!

Cercavo un tappetino da usare per la riabilitazione del mio cavallo (550kg) e ero molto titubante sulla resistenza di questo (quelli appositi per equini costano 10 volte tanto e non volevo spendere tutti quei soldi). Invece resiste BENISSIMO, non ha neanche un acciacco nonostante lo abbia usato ormai una decina di volte. Inoltre, non so se sia solo suggestione, ma mi sembra di aver già notato dei miglioramenti nella postura del mio cavallo!
