Bamboo Door Curtain, Natural - 90x200cm

This is a well designed good looking bamboo curtain. The chains of bamboo are positioned quite close to each other at the top and reduce in diameter on the way down. The bamboo at the top is around 8mm diameter and at the bottom just 3mm so the curtain does not collide with itself and rarely makes a sound, no jangling of hollow bamboo. If you pass through or the wind blows there is a faint jangling of sticks.The curtain is curious because it does not blow about nearly as much as I thought it would.The peices are held together with individual strands of thin wire which are quite strong but if you fell or pulled upon them they would come apart, in my opinion this is good since there is very little risk of anyone becoming entangled and injured in any way since the curtain would yeild.I have my curtain across the conservatory door, it stops the pigeons and the bees from wandering in and ending up in a panic and I have very few mosquito's getting through.I did ignore the loop fixings that come attached to the curtain and used three screws, one in the middle and one about 7 or 8cm from each end, drill holes through being careful to position between the wire suspending the bamboo.When the breeze is just right the curtain silently undulates in waves, very nice.

Looks really great and keeps the flies away. Unfortunately don't know how long it will last as strings break easily.

Threads are a rusty in places

Not the best quality, wire joins are rusty and several have come apart. Sorry not worth the money.

Looks nice and works well

short in length and wires break easily.

Love these I can see out but no one can see in just what I wanted.

Really look lovely, was a little too wide so managed to cut a few inches off easily
