This third volume of the `Pokémon Adventures' manga sees the completion of the Red/Blue/Green arc and includes some of the best battles of the series so far. This volume sees Red, Blue and Green battle against the Team Rocket Command Triad of Koga the ninja, Lt. Surge and Sabrina the Psychic at the Team Rocket base in Saffron City. After this Red continues his travels and encounters the ultra-powerful Mewtwo and the supposedly invincible Giovanni before finally making it to Indigo Plateau and the Pokémon League Championship Tournament.This is another very nice volume of the `Pokémon Adventures' manga which has some very nice battles and a good nice conclusion to the storyline. The volume also includes some background for `Green' and some information on the goals of Team Rocket.This volume does have the same trouble with a less than great translation and some name swapping but the main problem with this volume is the censoring of one of the funniest parts of the story so far, the revelation of were Green was hiding two of her pokéballs. It is only a small thing but it does seem rather odd and somewhat pointless, which is why I marked it down one star.Other than this minor problem though volume three of `Pokémon Adventures' was very entertaining and fun to read. This manga is easily better than either the Pokémon game or the anime and I couldn't recommend it enough to any Pokémon fan.
