This was easy to put together, is a great size, I’d say more compact than a usual filing cabinet but still quite a fair bit of space, and looks great. The keys are good quality and so is the lock. Only thing I’d say is if someone really wanted to get into the back of it they probably could, so a metal one would be more secure, but it locks all the same and can’t complain.

Looks nice in the room . Assembly instructions easy to follow but fiddly to make . The edges of the panels at the back and sides are not veneered and this detracts from the look. I am pleased with the cabinet overall and it is reasonably priced.

Fairly easy to put together, strong and great value.It was lovely to put together but the instructions were not that straight forwardBut I'm really glad we got it as it's really strong and the one cupboard has a lock and two keys.

The cabinet looks nice and handy to keep things out of kids way. The instructions are unclear and misleading especially the draw runner positioning which is completely inaccurate. The small screws supplied are blunt and just crack the hardboard before catching to secure. I resorted to using my own. After removing and remeasuring and fitting the draw runners x 2 and 6 hours later I have a cabinet that locks both sides and very sore hands. They don’t even include an Allen key for the screws!.I would not buy again from this producer as backs of draws not even finished properly and for about reasons. It looks good but overall quality of build is cheap and not so cheerful

This is budget furniture – visually it looks decent, but it has been made from the cheapest materials the manufacturer thought they could use. However, when constructed, it is robust enough, although I would not expect it to last for more than a few years if in frequent use. It’s perfectly good for what I wanted it for – to store occasionally required papers in an odd corner of my bedroom. It’s probably not suitable for a business office.It takes approx. 2 – 3 hours to assemble, can be done by one person, and is fairly fiddly to do. The instructions are not clear, and it is as well to have a think about them first. I assembled it out of sequence, doing the drawers first as that reduced the number of pieces to think about. The sides took a bit of thinking about; the runners for the drawers fit asymmetrically, but a careful look at the diagram and it will eventually make sense. Two of the four wheels are lockable - make sure you install them in the front.The dimensions given it the diagram on the Amazon web page are a bit misleading. The drawers are given as being 16 cm high, but inside they are only 9 cm. They will take A4 paper, but – disappointingly – are a fraction too small to take the manila folders you can organise A4 documents in. Another 1 cm in length, and everything would have been fine. There are two working locks – one on a drawer and one on the cupboard; they are cosmetic only, as it would take minimal effort to force them.In summary; good for occasional home use, but if for office use, you are better buying a proper lockable metal filing cabinet.

make sure you read the instructions, one wrong placement and you'll have to redo the whole thing, make sure u look at the numbers and pictures on the instruction as i had to take the whole thing apart and redo it, the drawer ended up not being able to lock but the drawer works perfectly fine, definitely worth it for the money as there's lots of space (just not in the drawer)

This cabinet is not made as good as other cabinets on Amazon. The back panels and drawer bottoms are THIN laminate cardboard and can't hold much weight. This is disappointing, because I really like the basic design of this unit. The center shelf is NOT moveable unless you drill additional holes (which I ended up doing). But the most annoying thing with this product is that they shipped it with used scratched up wheels. Everything else looked new on the unit, but the wheels were scuffed up from use and looked nasty. I ended up replacing the wheels anyway, because the ones they shipped with were cheap and flimsy crap (in addition to being used). 14 dollars for wheels on Amazon got me wheels with bearings and much higher weight load. I highly advise upgrading the wheels if you are going to move this unit around.Be prepared to drill new holes if you choose to (and should) upgrade the wheels. Also, if you buy this cabinet, be prepared for about 3 hours plus of construction time. None of this thing was pre-assembled and there are almost 100 screws.Also, I have design gripe. The drawers are half drawers, meaning the inside of the drawer is only half the height of the drawer, the sides and back are only half height. Except for being cheap, I'm not sure why they built it like this. If you fill the drawer up to it's height, stuff can fall out the back of the drawer... yet another thing I will be modifying/fixing on this unit in the future.
