Faulty: solidified lotion with chunks of white substance
I got this for my kids after buying the regular tube body lotion for years. I tried to pump some lotion onto my palms and pressed the pump for at least 30 times after which I screwed off the pump and noticed that the lotion has solidified and had some chunks of white substance rather than the smooth texture I am used to. The worst part is that this item is not eligible for return! What a disappointment..

I absolutely love burts bees products for myself and now I love them for my son as well! The calming and original lotion have been great for his sensitive skin from day 1. Nice, light scent that isn't overpowering so your baby still smells like your baby. Will definitely be purchasing more!

I read the reviews that the pumping has some problems, but I thought they might have changed it by now so I ordered.. but the pumping is broken can’t use the cream anymore.. Refund my money ..
