No way of making contact can’t even use conditioner properly the pump is broken and the bottle can’t stand without being attached to shampoo so it’s very hard to use with a broken pump

the bottle cannot stay , if its not connected to the other half... its such a bad design. u will loose half of your product because of the bottle tipping over. the hair becomes very very dry

Presentation is lovely in the box but don't use that conditioner and shampoo was only three quarters full not good for the price will watch out for something better
