I purchased these mainly for support. It is not the lightest shoe, but the support is there. Out of the box, it took a little bit of time to work in; they were tight, and the sole was not quite right. However, I wore them around a bit, and they seemed to form better around my feet.Because they are white, I wear them indoors on the treadmill as I do not want to get them dirty; I have other shoes for outdoors. All-in-all, I would rate them as an 8 out of 10. They would be 10 out of 10 if they were lighter and a little more flexible, but they are very good and do not hurt my feet, knees, hips.

Best shoes for running or hiking. Supe comfortable and light weight. Should last a long time.

It's nice, light, good for running and helps to be comfort for lower back pain. I like that, hopefully I'm gonna order again with different color, but price is bit expensive, but I'm happy with the quality and content. thank you for making quality products.

My husband uses these at walking shoes and wears them to physical therapy. They are so much better than the clunky walking shoes he has. These shoes really compliment his feet and have proven to be a very good investment.
