YOU NEED THIS!! After trying and rejecting many, many cheap cheese slicers, I decided to try this one. I figured after all I had been through, what did it matter if I got another dud? Well, this is ANYTHING BUT a dud! I LOVE this cheese slicer!! It came "in a flash," it is adjustable so you can have thin or thick slices, it's easy to clean, you can tell it's good quality by the weight of it - but it isn't so heavy you have trouble using it, AND it came with extra wires for it. Seriously, folks, if you are looking for a slicer that won't break the bank, this is the slicer for you! Try it, you'll like it!!

Best wired cheese slicer I've had.I got sick of my hands turning gray with aluminum oxidation with my old slicers that went through the dishwasher. So I got this, but I haven't put it through the dishwasher and won't.Very solid and the three point wire attachment seems super tight. Easy to adjust slice thickness.Very top shelf. Worth the extra ten bucks.

Always hated the eventual stretched cutting wire of cheap utensils!! But this deluxe baby cuts straight and fast each time. Thumb screw tighteners solve that age-old problem. Feels solid in the hand too, bunch of extra wires in the handle but original still going strong.

I had my doubts about the adjustable roller. But I found the roller can be tightened down well enough not to loosen up at all.And it is really nice to have replacement parts inside the handle. My only criticism is that the wire is likely to last years. Well past the point where I am likely to forget it is even there. So I'll probably have forgotten I have a replacement by the time I need it. And short of inscribing the words "Replacement wire inside handle" into the handle itself... I can't think of any way of fix this situation. I realize this is more of a "me" problem, than an "it" problem. 9/10, would recommend.

Very solid build, has a nice weight to it, nice black finish, love that it comes with an extra wire to help future-proof it.

Best cheese slicer I’ve ever owned, hands down!

I'm pretty sure my wife was going to take a finger of trying to slice cheese with a chef's knife. This slicer works great and has probably saved a trip to the ER.

Heat quality and it's really nice that extra wire are included!
