Senninger irrigation water pressure regulators maintain a constant preset outlet pressure with varying inlet pressures, which alleviates pressure differences that can cause an applicator’s area of coverage to change.

Review: Solid, well-built pressure reducer - I have a several of these and they are well built and work great. Easy to install on a irrigation coupling using a 3/4" to 1/2" Irrigation System / Faucet Hose Adapter fitting. I had an initial concern about the minimum stated flow rate of 1/2 gallons per minute as I have a couple circuits with only seven 2-gal per hour emitters, which equates to about 1/4 gallons per minute, or half the stated min. I checked the Senninger and got a response that they would still reduce the pressure but may vary 3 or 4 PSI higher or lower than the 25 PSI target depending upon the input pressure; certainly a livable tolerance for my needs. Bottom line is they still work OK and I have had no issues with emitter failure or excessive drip rates. They might cost a little more but are a good value.

**Q: 30 gph minimum means i need 60 drip emitters at 1/2 gph to meet the 25psi regulation spec.  what happens at lower flow rates?**
A: This pressure regualtor has a maximum 105 PSI inlet pressure. It will take any inlet water pressure from 105 PSI to 26 PSI and regulate it down to 25 PSI. It will not regulate flows lower than the preset operating pressure of 25 PSI. Thank you for your question, I hope this helps!

**Q: Can this go after my sprinkler valves, or can I put it in the main line that goes to all my sprinkler valves without any issues?**
A: I use mine both ways.  One is attached directly to my faucet, thus reducing pressure to my timer and everything beyond.  The other one I have is connected to my drip system just before the dripper lines themselves (beyond the timer and hose feeder).  This is due to space limitations at the faucet.

**Q: Do I need pipe thread tape**
A: This pressure regulator is hose thread on both ends, which means you can screw it directly into any standard outdoor faucet or garden hose without needing an adapter. I hope this is helpful! Any other questions, just let us know.

I have a several of these and they are well built and work great. Easy to install on a irrigation coupling using a 3/4" to 1/2" Irrigation System / Faucet Hose Adapter fitting.
