Love this. I bought a TON of different Ayurvedic powders from this company to use them in my hair growth routine. My hair is growing beautifully since adding these in to my regular hair care regimen.

I bought this for the price point. It's cheap but...is it real ashwagandha? It doesn't specify whether it's root or leaf, nor what kind of ashwagandha (KSM-66, etc). I have been taking it daily for about a month now, and am hoping it is working. I take other vitamins and supplements as well, and am trusting this is true ashwagandha but for the price, I doubt it's authenticity and purity. It's color is beige/brown, if that means anything. I give it three stars due to the little amount of information on the label.

I don't ingest the powder, rather I use it in hair masks and it has greatly reduced shedding and breakage of my hair. I've purchased many herb powders from this brand and I'm satisfied with my results.
